Guests will experience a bodyboard lesson scheduled according to they skill level on one of São Miguel Island’s beautiful beaches, chosen according to ocean conditions for safety and quality for the day.
The experience begins with a beach and ocean safety briefing, followed by warm-up exercises and introduction to the equipment. Guests will then learn paddling techniques, wave reading, positioning, take-offs and riding waves with personalized coaching throughout the session.
Lessons are adapted to all levels, from complete beginners catching their first wave to more experienced riders wanting to improve technique.
