For public safety and accident prevention reasons, we reserve the right to cancel the activity in the event of rain or adverse weather conditions. Such cancellations will be formally notified up to 4 hours before the tour begins. By booking, the client accepts that these cancellations protect their physical well-being and that the operator is not responsible for the island's weather conditions. Cancellations under this force majeure criterion do not constitute a failure to provide service and release the company from liability. Leaving a negative review for this reason violates the tour's terms and conditions.
