We work with body-based methods that gently support the body in relaxation and processing. The combination of attentive guidance, presence, and a safe environment allows for a deep and meaningful experience, even without prior experience in healing or breathwork.
This is not a standard activity, but a moment of genuine rest and connection — where you don’t have to do anything, just be — at your own pace, in a safe and supportive setting.
