After booking, the service provider will verify the pickup location, number of passengers, amount of luggage, selected vehicle type, and the specific drop-off location at the Hakuba ski area.
If necessary information is missing or the selected vehicle is unsuitable for the declared luggage, the provider may contact the lead traveler prior to the service date.
