This class is the perfect opportunity to learn how to make our local handmade pasta (Trofie), its traditional condiment (Pesto Genovese), and the creamy tiramisù, prepared following my experience, the traditional technique, and my grandmother’s original recipe. Do you love pasta, pesto and tiramisù? This class is the perfect experience for you. After a short walk, you’ll meet me and my dog Ettore. We’ll start with a welcome glass of Prosecco, and the activity will begin around the tables already prepared for the class.
