This class is the perfect opportunity to learn how to make our local handmade pasta (Trofie), its traditional condiment (Pesto Genovese), and the creamy tiramisù, prepared following my experience, the traditional technique, and my grandmother’s original recipe. The experience takes place in my private 16th‑century home in Riomaggiore (Cinque Terre), located in the heart of the village. My dog Ettore and I will welcome you with a glass of prosecco before the class begins.
