Your Arctic adventure begins at the iconic Kemi Snowcastle, where you will meet your guide. From there, we embark on a spectacular 1-kilometer trek across the frozen expanse of the northern sea, a truly unique experience. Our destination is the historical island of Laitakari, home to a serene, snow-covered forest and the atmospheric ruins of Old Kemi.
We will journey 500 meters deeper into the island's tranquility to reach a specially prepared shelter. Here, the warmth and glow of a crackling campfire awaits. Settle in to enjoy some BBQ, hot berry juice, and cookies. This extended period offers ample opportunity to explore the fascinating ruins and absorb the peaceful, isolated atmosphere. ...
