Agüita is a small wine bar in El Born built around exactly these bottles: low-intervention wines from small producers who farm organically, ferment with wild yeasts and add little or nothing in the cellar. Joan, Agüita's founder and a certified sommelier, has spent years building natural wine lists across Barcelona.
