Your adventure begins with a guided tour of the historic Goubert Market to source fresh, seasonal produce. After choosing your custom menu and chatting with local vendors, you will ride a traditional rickshaw straight to Manisha's home kitchen.
Once there, you will enjoy a 2.5-hour interactive cooking class and prepare two to three authentic dishes from scratch. You can choose between a traditional Indian or a unique French Creole menu. Throughout the session, you will learn about sustainable cooking, local heritage, and the medicinal value of traditional ingredients.
