Guests will learn how to prepare a selection of traditional Mexican dishes through a hands-on cooking experience at Bonita in Tulum. The class includes the preparation of fresh guacamole, handmade salsas, Mexican-style ceviche, handmade tortillas, traditional sopes, and tacos. Guests will also learn how to make classic margaritas while exploring ingredients and techniques commonly used in Mexican cuisine.
Once the cooking is complete, everyone will enjoy the dishes prepared during the class together, followed by a traditional lime carlota dessert. The experience is designed to be interactive, approachable, and suitable for all skill levels.
