We created this tour in response to strong requests from customers who want to see the snow monkeys at Jigokudani Monkey Park on a day trip from Tokyo. Jigokudani Monkey Park is the only place in the world where you can encounter monkeys bathing in hot springs. The monkeys learned to bathe in hot springs as a way to survive the bitter cold of Jigokudani in winter but there is no need for them to bathe in hot springs during warm seasons.
