MAIN DISH:
OPTION #1 - PAELLA MENU: Ibicencan paella with meat and seafood.
OPTION #2 - STEAK MENU: Grilled beef sirloin (entrecôte), accompanied by a creamy pepper sauce with portobello mushrooms and fresh vegetables.
Both options includes:
-Assorted breads, ali-oli-olives.
-Appetizers : -Bruscetta of homemade Russian salad
-Glass of cous-cous in taboulade.
-Glass of salmorejo-gazpacho with serrano ham.
Dessert : -Ibicencan Greixonera with ice cream
-Coffee -Water, soft drinks, house wine (1 bottle x 3 pax are of quality) Any other drink is charged separately.
A vegetarian menu or an allergy-friendly menu is also available upon request.
