The class on the famous Barrosa beach in Chiclana (Cadiz) during the sunset time stars with initial aromatherapy with pure essential oils. Then we continue with pranayama - breathwork to prepare the body and mind for the sequence of asanas for flexibility, hormonal and organs health. We finish the class off with a guided meditation with a small sound bath at the end. It is optional to dive into the sea and enjoy the sunset from the refreshing water.
☯️We will practice a mix of hatha, yin and vinyasa flow of asanas.
Beginners are very welcome and if you need a yoga let me know 1h in advance. Duration of this activity is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
