Begin with a welcome drink at our restaurant, where our chef helps you choose the dishes you'd like to prepare and explains the key ingredients. Learn a few essential Vietnamese phrases, then head to a traditional local market to shop for fresh produce and learn how to identify authentic ingredients, bargain, and greet local shopkeepers. Back at the cooking center, wash and prepare your ingredients and cook a customized menu alongside our chef, before sitting down to enjoy the meal you've made together with fellow participants.
