During this private Session, you and your companion will be welcomed into a peaceful wellness space at Nihshreyasa. You’ll begin by settling onto comfortable mats, lying down side by side, with cushions and blankets provided to help you fully relax. No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is needed-this is a passive, restorative experience where you simply rest and receive.
