We also visit the nearby hidden gem of Geitafoss waterfall, just a few hundred meters downstream from Godafoss.

Our journey concludes with a scenic drive back to Akureyri. As we leave behind the tranquil countryside and historic landmarks, take in the sweeping vistas of Iceland's rugged landscapes. Sit back and relax as we wind our way through the picturesque countryside, passing by rolling hills, majestic mountains, and sprawling valleys. Along the way, soak in the beauty of the Icelandic scenery, dotted with quaint villages and meandering rivers. As we approach Akureyri, the vibrant cityscape comes into view. We make a picture stop at viewpoint with panoramic fjord and city views. Our final destination is the Akureyri Cruise Terminal, where our tour began.
