The Floating Sound Bath lasts approximately 75 minutes. The evening begins with a short, easy paddle across calm waters to help you settle in and arrive fully in the moment. Once anchored, you’ll lie back on your paddleboard as the sound bath begins.
A gentle guided meditation sets the tone, followed by a 45‑minute sound bath using crystal singing bowls. The combination of sound, water, and stillness allows your nervous system to relax deeply while you float effortlessly.
