Each experience takes place in a carefully selected natural location in the north of the island, chosen according to light, weather and conditions. After meeting Bárbara (your instructor), the journey begins with a short mindful walk that leads you to a hidden practice spot surrounded by volcanic landscapes, wild beaches or dramatic coastlines.
