We begin the journey from your accommodation in Edinburgh and head north across the scenic Forth Road Bridge into the Kingdom of Fife. Your first stop is St Andrews, the charming coastal town known as the “Home of Golf”, with its ancient university, cathedral ruins, and picturesque seaside views. Enjoy a stroll through the old town or a visit to the Old Course — the world’s oldest golf course.

Next, we visit Falkland, a beautifully preserved village where time seems to stand still. Discover the Falkland Palace, once a favorite retreat of Mary, Queen of Scots, and wander its quaint streets that also served as filming locations for the series Outlander.

We then journey through the rolling countryside to the breathtaking Cliffs of Dunnottar, offering spectacular views over the North Sea. The day’s highlight awaits with a visit to Dunnottar Castle, dramatically perched on a rocky headland. Entry is included, giving you time to explore this legendary fortress, steeped in history and surrounded by awe-inspiring scenery.

The rest of the time you will be travelling towards and backwards from Edinburgh, also you will have some free time for lunch and enjoy by yourself.
