After you make your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the essential pick-up information. The day before your transfer, we’ll send you the details of your driver and vehicle so you know exactly who to expect.
Your driver will meet you at the designated pick-up point — whether it’s Edinburgh Airport or your chosen location — and assist you with your luggage before starting your comfortable, one-way journey to your destination.
Please note that Meet and Greet at the arrivals hall is not included. If required, this service is available for an additional £25, payable directly to the driver, and must be requested in advance.
