【Guide & Tour Information】 The supplier will send an email with the meeting point, time, and guide's contact details by 21:00 (Japan Time) on the day before your departure; if you do not receive it, please check your spam folder first or contact the supplier immediately if it is still missing. In case you receive multiple emails, please refer to the most recent one for the most accurate information. Please note that for bookings completed after 18:00, due to processing time limitations, we are unable to send "Guide Information" and "Departure Notices" on the same day, and we appreciate your kind understanding.

【Luggage Policy】 Each passenger may bring one piece of luggage free of charge. Additional luggage will incur an on-site fee of JPY 2,000 per item, payable to the driver/guide. Please indicate the number of luggage items when placing your order. If not informed in advance, the driver/guide has the right to deny boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.

【Important】This is a guided tour, not a hop-on hop-off bus.For Osaka departures, please arrive at the meeting point before 8:00 AM; for Kyoto, please arrive before 9:20 AM.

【Late Arrival & Refund Policy】 This is a shared tour service. If you are late at the meeting point or attractions, the supplier will not wait, and no refunds will be provided.

【Meeting Point】 Please confirm the meeting point in advance and arrive early to avoid missing departure. This is a shared tour, and to ensure fairness and a smooth itinerary, the vehicle will depart on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated. Once confirmed, the meeting point cannot be changed. If you fail to board due to personal changes to the meeting location, no refund will be issued.
