Join a rare Damask Rose harvest experience near Barcelona, held only for a few weeks each year on a family-owned farm. This is a hands-on, authentic agricultural experience where you become part of the harvest itself.
You will pick fresh Damask roses by hand in small groups, surrounded by open fields and natural scents. This is not a staged demonstration or a tourist show — it is real farm life, shared with you for a day.

Welcome!
You will be given a special apron with a large pocket where you will collect the roses you pick.
I will explain why we harvest at sunrise, how to identify the perfect bloom, and what happens to the petals afterwards.
Each rose makes a soft “click” when it is cut. It is a calming, almost meditative process. You move from bush to bush, filling your apron as it was done a century ago.
You will also taste RosaMia Elixir — a cold rose water made from fermented petals. It is refreshing, soothing, and easy to drink.
I will share insights about its distillation and the importance of rose essential oil in natural cosmetics. You will understand its true value.
