Following a welcome briefing, you’ll be given an overview of the session followed by a demonstration on chocolate making by a professional chocolatier. Everyone will each make their own unique and individual ganache (cream & chocolate-based filling) using a wide range of natural ingredients and will pipe this into their milk, white or dark chocolate moulds. The moulds are then topped with tempered chocolate using a flooding technique and placed in the fridge. Dairy free option of coconut oil also available upon request.
