Please arrive at the meeting point (Playa del Pozo, Corralejo)at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. The teacher will be available to welcome you 10 minutes prior to the session.

Start your morning with a guided outdoor Silent Yoga experience on the beautiful Playa del Pozo, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the island of Lobos.
This dynamic practice focuses on movement intelligence, postural and breath awareness, helping you build strength, mobility, and balance while releasing unnecessary tension.
Practiced in the soft light of the morning, the session creates a perfect moment to awaken the body, clear the mind, and reconnect with yourself before the day begins.
The experience is guided through a wireless headphone system, allowing you to hear the teacher clearly and stay fully immersed in the practice while enjoying the sounds and atmosphere of the ocean.
