With this full-day tour, I'll take you on a discovery of some of the finest local cheeses and wines, which shepherds and small farmers keep alive with their hard work and passion in some of the most authentic and pristine areas of our region. We'll begin the day by visiting a small dairy in Alta Langa. Here, you'll have the opportunity to learn about their traditional cheesemaking process and hear details about their pasture-raising method, while walking and observing the animals around the farm.
