Guests departing from Ha Long Bay should arrive at Tuan Chau Marina before 11:30 AM for check-in, as the cruise departs at 12:00 PM. From 11:30 to 11:45, guests enjoy a welcome drink at the Catherine Cruise Lounge and meet the crew before boarding the cruise.

At 12:15, guests check in on board the cruise. At 12:30, the cruise manager provides a short briefing about the itinerary and safety guidelines.
