From the moment you arrive at Taste My Aruba in downtown Oranjestad, you're greeted with a warm Bon bini and a welcome sip to set the mood. Your host walks you through the day's menu — built around the freshest local catch and harvest, so no two classes are ever quite the same. Then it's hands-on. In our dedicated cooking space, you'll put on an apron and get to work alongside your host, learning each dish step by step.
