Passport/ID required: As required by the Alcazar and Cathedral regulations, entrance tickets are personal and non-transferable. Please provide the full name and passport/ID number of each participant at the time of booking. Bring the same document with you on the day of the tour, as it must be presented at the security control before entering the monuments (printed copy or photo accepted). Without a valid ID, we cannot guarantee your access.
