Если путешественник останавливается за пределами Плайя-дель-Кармен, посещение пятой авеню будет пропущено, если же он захочет посетить Плайя-дель-Кармен, то обратный путь в Тулум будет осуществляться самостоятельно.

Время встречи устанавливается в зависимости от вашего местонахождения. Путешественникам, которые не указали место встречи, необходимо связаться с нами как можно скорее, в противном случае мы не сможем предоставить услугу.

Во время посещения руин Коба гид будет находиться в автобусе, у клиента будет свободное время, и он должен будет встретиться с гидом у автобуса в установленное время. Если клиент не появится в автобусе в указанное время, транспорт уедет, и возврат средств не производится.

Для полного возврата средств отмените заказ не позднее, чем за 24 часа до запланированного времени отправления.
