The Atlanta Spice Lab Experience is a hands-on session that’s part experiment, part creativity. You’ll play with spices in a whole new way, exploring things like why cinnamon doesn’t mix with water, how alliums deepen and transform over time, and what actually happens when flavors bloom, toast, or rest. Then it’s your turn. You’ll create two of your own custom spice blends to take home, plus sample one of them with a snack at the end of the class. It’s relaxed, a little nerdy in the best way, and a lot of fun. Come curious, come hungry, and leave with something you made yourself.
