Please be aware that it is not feasible to visit all the interesting places of Skye in a day. To make the most of your visit, we offer two distinct Options, focusing on either the North-East (see Tour Detail item 6) or the South-West (see Tour Detail item 7) of the island. This allows for a more in-depth and enjoyable experience within the available time. Whichever Option you choose will have the added time of the other option on it. Our Itinerary can change at any time due to unforeseen situations like Castle private events, Operating hours of Exhibition Centres, Distilleries, etc. Rest assured that we can take you to other equally amazing alternative Attraction.

The Isle of Skye is known for its ragged landscapes, picturesque fishing villages and medieval castles. Don´t forget to bring walking shoes with you. One of the most beautiful natural landscapes in the Isle of Skye is Quiraing. (Big coach cannot stop at this attraction; it will be replaced by the Neist Point). On our way back to Portree village we stop at the Old Man of Storr. After this long walk you deserve a rest at Portree village. Your tour guide will take you to a typical restaurant in the area to have some lunch. Once you have recovered your energy, we will visit Portree harbour. Our visit to the Isle of Skye would be incomplete without going to Dunvegan Castle & Gardens. PLEASE NOTE: long walks involved MISSING YOU ALREADY!!

On this tour you will experience the island life on the biggest island in the inner Hebrides. Leaving Portree, we will travel north to our first stop, The Storr. Up next, is The Kilt Rock. This is a famous sea cliff in north east Trotternish. It is said to resemble a kilt, with vertical ballast columns to form the pleats and intruded sills of dolerite forming the pattern. ( short photo stop ) From here, a short drive will take us to The Quiraing, another amazing rock formation that hold secrets of the past when the locals used to hide from the marauding vikings. Heading south-west we will visit the Museum of Island Life and it's black houses showcasing life on the island hundreds of years ago. Dunvegan Castle is out next stop and lunch break. This was the seat of the chiefs of the clan MacLeod first built in the 13th century and developed over the centuries. On our way back to Portree, if time allows we could make a quick stop to sample some whisky at Seumas bar.
