As we cook, I’ll share stories and traditions that nourish both body and mind. WINE You'll visit a small artisan winery, explore winemaking tools, learn about Sardinian vineyards, and taste the wine of eternal youth. FOOD We’ll end with a typical Sardinian meal (lunch or dinner), featuring pasta you made, local cheeses, garden vegetables, fresh bread, desserts, and more — all organic, all authentic.
