My name is Jessica, I will accompany you on a visit to the vineyards and cellar. We produce wine for passion, with respect for the environment and continuous search for quality without forgetting the poetry that wine contains. We want to offer our guests a full-immersion experience in the world of oenology, and tasting, with a sensory journey to discover the world of wine from cultivation to aging. You can take a panoramic walk with us in the vineyard, where depending on the season you can actively follow the different processes, to understand how the wine is born in the vineyard, and then continues its life in the cellar from alcoholic fermentation to aging in wood. The experience ends with the tasting of wines paired with local products selected by the best farms. In case of bad weather the experience is carried out entirely indoors The visits start at 11.00 and 16.00, for different needs do not hesitate to contact us!

We will start our day in the historical center of Neive, a small medieval hilltop town. One of the towns of the Barbaresco wine area and one of Italy’s top 5 most beautiful hilltop villages. We will sit down in a caffè with a warm beverage of your choice and will go over the area with the local maps to give a better idea of the regions, the grapes, the winemaking process, and what we will be tasting throughout the day. From there we will take a beautiful drive through the the hilly roadways that are covered in vines that brings us to our first winery stop, where we will see the wine making process, talk about some family history, and a taste of some of the family’s most precious wines. After we will stop in a medieval village for lunch at a small local spot, before heading to our second winery visit. We will then after, head back to our meeting point where you will be free to enjoy an aperitivo or dinner after the tour. The start time is at 9.30 and the end time is at 17.00

Enjoy an amazing truffle hunting with a professional "Trifolao" and his trained dog near Monforte d' Alba. Breathe pure air in a gorgeous wood and enjoy the intense truffle scent. Meet the hunter and his dogs, who are specially trained to sniff out truffles, you’ll have a good chance of tracking down the elusive fungi. Along the way, learn more about truffles and why they are so rare, and pick up expert tips on how to find them. The experience ends with a wine tasting paired with cheese with black truffle, scratched on top. "The price for the truffle hunting experience does not include the trifulao’s fee. I'm a professional truffle hunter from 3 generations in Alba. My grandfather after the 2nd world war was one of the first truffle hunters in Alba, he taught my father all the secrets about the precious "ipogean fungus" then my father taught it to me. I'm a dog trainer & actually I've got 3 great dogs: Isi, Palli & Lisa. I would like to teach "some' 'of my truffle hunting secrets to travelers. During the tour you will be helped by my friend Margherita. She's an official tourist guide with great passion for truffles and local traditions to translate every part of the hunting.

We will visit the Langhe, a UNESCO world heritage site since 2014, from an ecological and sporting point of view. A few kilometers away from Alba, we will travel along little-traveled routes, on dirt and asphalt roads and you will have a professional at your disposal who will be able to help you make the best use of your ebike and will explain what surrounds you so that you can better appreciate this wonderful wine-growing region. The route is approximately 40 kilometers long with a difference in altitude of 640 metres, therefore suitable for medium-trained cyclists. We will discover the main natural resources of this magnificent land and admire the castles and medieval villages, in a setting that will take us back in time. The dirt route is of intermediate level and safe for everyone. In case of difficulty in tackling the parts on dirt road, the guide will show you how to do it safely, or he will change the route to asphalt to make it easier and more fun for everyone.

A hands on cooking class suitable for all ages followed by a relaxing dinner (Pizza) or Lunch (Pasta) in a countryside setting is the perfect way to relax and also learn! Whether you choose our pasta or pizza lesson both allow you hands on practice and a satisfying meal we prepare together, complete with hand selected local wines (and their story).
