With us you will learn the ancient art of dough and the main traditional preparations, from spaghetti to short pasta. You will learn how to make timeless typical recipes. We will teach you how to roll out the dough through the use of the hand sheeter for an exceptional pastry. We’ll also reveal the secrets to a perfect pasta dish with sauce. We will close the course with an Italian classic made together, Tiramisù. Together we will make the creams and assemble the dessert from scratch. What you will make with your own hands during the course, you can taste with the typical wines of the area around us, such as Bardolino Classico and Chiaretto. Enter our house, breathe in the atmosphere of Italian cuisine and take it with you, once you return home, to impress your guests!

Take your time to experience a wine tasting surrounded by the vineyards, into the nature sounds, with friends, or in a couple, to spend some funny and relaxed hours. The ZF4 aging cellar is located in the historic center of Lazise, ​​near the historic medieval walls. An arch leads to the charming outdoor garden, through which you enter the tasting area and wine shop. You will experience the sensation of immersing yourself in an atmosphere with scents and setting of other times, tasting the wines of our territory, accompanied by good quality food.

Immerse yourself in a private cooking class at the Cesarina's home, learn the secrets of the most famous dishes of the Italian cuisine and taste the fruit of your labour accompanied by a glass of local wine. During the lesson the Cesarina will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic regional recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared accompanied by a selection of red and white local wines.

This isn't a polished agritourism stop — it's a real working farm where guests are shown around by the farmer himself, not a hired guide. The wines poured at the end aren't a curated selection bought in: they're made on-site, biodynamically, without chemical correction and with barely any sulphites, so each bottle reflects the season it came from rather than a house style. The animals aren't a petting-zoo add-on either. Vineyards, beehives, hens, donkeys and ponies are all part of the same working landscape guests walk through, so the visit feels like a genuine glimpse into how the farm actually runs, not a staged experience built for visitors. Pairing the tasting with cold cuts and cheeses of Veronese tradition keeps the whole experience rooted in the surrounding region, rather than feeling generic or replicable elsewhere on the lake.
