Mexican Gastronomy was recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in November 2010, by UNESCO. For me, it is a pleasure to show part of the Mexican cultural heritage; based on traditional recipes with a contemporary twist. If travelers so wish, they are taken on a tour of the local market where they can view fresh produce at its best. We will teach them to make the most traditional dishes of Mexican cuisine, where they will be able to use techniques inherited from generations.

I have been a jeweler for almost six years, I have my signature fine jewelry brand called Azin. I have won awards for artisanal creativity and design as well as participated in jewelry exhibitions. I am part of a collective of women jewelers called Colectivo Soberana. There is no better place to create with silver than Guanajuato, with its mines and its rich past in mining veins.

I have the most experience in using the encaustic technique and teaching than other teachers in San Miguel de Allende. I can move from abstract to figurative painting to encourage and help students to create their own visions. Since the class is in my private studio, I have collections of materials and tools at their disposal.
