Bali's uniqueness lies in its unique and world-renowned blend of culture, tradition, and nature. Bali is unique because its majority Hindu population is reflected in its art, dance, traditional ceremonies, and traditional architecture, which harmonize with the Tri Hita Karana philosophy.
Bali is often referred to as the "Island of a Thousand Temples" due to its numerous temples, which serve as spiritual and religious centers. Temples like Besakih Temple, Tanah Lot Temple, and Uluwatu Temple boast stunning architecture and breathtaking views. Nukad Tampaksiring
Nukad Tampaksiring could be a great weekend getaway for travelers. Here, you can swim and dine with a view.
For travelers who have heard the word Nukad, the meaning of this restaurant's name might be unfamiliar. Wayan Swastika, manager of Nukad Tampaksiring, explained that the name Nukad is derived from Balinese, meaning "going to the river."
"The name Nukad refers to everything that happens in the river. Ultimately, the name Nukad comes from the word Tukad," he said.
This restaurant was built when the Covid-19 pandemic hit, at the end of 2019. The owners, who frequently traveled to the river, came up with the idea of starting a small business by the river.
Located right on the riverbank, Nukad Tampaksiring offers beautiful, natural scenery. The lush greenery adds to the fresh air. Here, travelers can savor delicious culinary delights while enjoying the clear river water and cool air.
