Angkor Vat

Inside Bayon Temple, towering stone faces gaze in every direction with calm, mysterious expressions that have become one of Cambodia’s most iconic images. Ta Prohm
At Ta Prohm, massive jungle trees and tangled roots grow directly through ancient temple walls, creating one of the most dramatic scenes in the Angkor complex. Left partially untouched, the temple shows how nature slowly reclaimed the ruins over centuries. Its mysterious atmosphere became internationally famous after appearing in the movie Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, making Ta Prohm one of the most photographed and recognizable temples in Cambodia.
