Soon, we will reach Mount Irschenberg, the most stunning viewpoint you can experience from a German highway. This motorway route was constructed in the mid-1930s as a "panoramic motorway." These now unconventional paths were part of National Socialist propaganda: the beauty of the landscape was exploited by intentionally presenting it as a symbol of the "German Homeland."

Dès votre arrivée au Nid d'Aigle, vous explorerez le palais avec moi, votre guide privé. Nous aurons ensuite l'occasion de prendre de superbes photos, que ce soit du Nid d'Aigle lui-même, des objets historiques qu'il abrite ou des spectaculaires montagnes environnantes. Une fois tout le monde prêt, un délicieux déjeuner bavarois sera servi à tous les participants.

Centre de documentation d'Obersalzberg
Après tout, nous ferons un arrêt au « Mémorial et centre éducatif de la Seconde Guerre mondiale » pour une visite audioguidée de l'exposition.
Le musée de documentation Obersalzberg, situé dans la station d'Obersalzberg, près de Berchtesgaden, renseigne sur l'utilisation de ce refuge à flanc de montagne par les dirigeants nazis, notamment Adolf Hitler, qui y séjournait régulièrement à partir de 1928. Ouvert en 1999, le musée avait déjà accueilli plus d'un million de visiteurs en 2007.
