Devenez notre curateur local
Êtes-vous prêt à transformer vos passe-temps en activité lucrative ?
Come experience authentic Moroccan and Amazigh culture with my family in the old medina of Rabat!
Your adventure begins as my father welcomes you and teaches the art of Moroccan tea-making.
My mother and I will guide you step by step to prepare ANY Moroccan dish you want from Tagine, Touscous, or Rfissa.....etc. (vegetarian/vegan available).
You'll grind Amlou using a 95-year-old grinder and learn to make Tafarnout bread over charcoal, then eat it warm with honey, butter, olives, and olive oil while the main dish cooks.
Because we love sharing our culture, we often surprise guests with an extra traditional dish!
For unforgettable memories, dress in our Berber wedding outfit and real sil...

Itinéraire
First, we'll make Moroccan tea together the traditional way, from brewing to pouring, and enjoy it
Then, you'll knead, shape, and bake Tafarnout bread over charcoal in a clay oven .
Next, using a 95-year-old traditional grinder, you'll make fresh Amlou from peanuts and honey, then taste it warm on the bread we made.
You'll also enjoy your freshly baked bread with the Amlou you made, plus golden honey, butter, olives, and local olive oil, a true Berber delight.
After that, you'll choose any Moroccan dish you like, tagine, couscous, Rfissa, or another favorite, and cook it step by step with me and my mother.
Then we gather around our family table to feast together, sharing stories, laugh...
