First, you’ll learn to prepare the fish and avocado fillings, as well as the nori (seaweed). Your hosts will also explain what makes sushi rice so unique. With the chef and other participants, you’ll lay out your nori sheets, carefully place your sushi rice and fillings, and finish with a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
