Franschhoek
Franschhoek, meaning “French Corner” in English, is one of South Africa’s oldest towns. It is renowned for its centuries-old vineyards, beautifully preserved Cape Dutch architecture, and its reputation as the culinary and wine capital of the country. Nestled in one of the world’s most picturesque wine valleys, Franschhoek offers breathtaking scenery alongside rich history. Our final stop is the Franschhoek Wine Tram terminal, where your guide will hand over your pre-booked tram tickets before boarding the Wine Tram to Rickety Bridge. Rickety Bridge is Franschhoek’s first female-owned wine estate, renowned for its innovative spirit and warm hospitality. Upon arrival, guests enjoy a charming tractor ride from the tram stop to the tasting room, surrounded by lush vineyards and spectacular mountain views.
