As we depart Edinburgh we will take in Scotland’s most famous sculptures: the Kelpies. Quite spectacular against the skyline, you can’t miss these enormous ‘horse-like’ creatures as they erupt from the ground. Based on Scottish legend, Kelpies are shape-shifting water spirits that live in the rivers of Scotland.
