Jardin national Shinjuku Gyoen
Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden is a pleasant and refreshing escape from Tokyo's concrete cityscape. Once a feudal lord's domain, it later became the imperial garden for the imperial family, nobles and invited guests.
The garden blends French, English, and traditional Japanese styles into one harmonious space. The French formal garden is known for its romantic atmosphere, highlighted by seasonal blooms—especially roses in spring—and vibrant foliage in autumn. The English landscape garden features wide open lawns framed by cherry blossom trees, making it a favorite spot during sakura season. Meanwhile, the Japanese garden reflects the site’s historical roots, with tranquil ponds, small islands connected by bridges, and carefully maintained greenery surrounding a teahouse and pavilion. Beautiful throughout the year, it is particularly captivating in spring and autumn.

Tour de Tokyo
Seeing the bold orange and white stripes of Tokyo Tower, you know you have finally arrived in metropolitan Tokyo. Both an active broadcasting facility and a prime observation spot, Tokyo Tower offers dazzling views of the city below, especially from its observation decks. Its modernist design is striking when illuminated at night, while the real excitement comes from ascending the tower to take in the dynamic urban panorama.
Constructed in 1958 and inspired by the Eiffel Tower, Tokyo Tower was built to meet the growing broadcasting needs of the Tokyo area following the launch of NHK, Japan’s national broadcaster, in 1953. Standing at 333 meters, it was the tallest freestanding tower in the world at the time of its completion.

Temple Senso-ji
Sensoji Temple is a favorite destination for both locals and tourists, offering a vivid glimpse into the atmosphere of the Edo period. From the iconic Kaminarimon Gate and the five-storied pagoda to the lively side streets and specialty shops along Nakamise-dori, there is always something to see and do—so keep your camera ready.
According to legend, in 628 AD, fishermen discovered a statue of Kannon in the Sumida River, leading to the construction of Sensoji Temple to enshrine it. Over the centuries, the Main Hall has been destroyed and rebuilt many times, supported by donations from people across Japan. Today, the statue of Kannon is enshrined within the Main Hall, where visitors can pay their respects before exploring the rest of the temple grounds.
