Com seus 125m de altura, 215 degraus e quase 8 mil ladrilhos, a Escadaria Selarón é o terceiro ponto turístico mais visitado no Rio de Janeiro. Uma ideia do desenhista chileno Jorge Selarón, que viveu em uma das casas da Escadaria entre os anos 1990 até o ano da sua morte, em 2013. A Escadaria foi palco do clipe "Beautiful" do rapper americano Snoop Dog.
