Ridi Viharaya
Ridi Viharaya, also known as the Silver Temple, is a sacred 2nd-century BC Theravada Buddhist temple located in Ridigama, Kurunegala, Sri Lanka, famous for its legend of being a source of silver for King Dutugemunu's construction of the Ruwanwelisaya stupa. Dambulla Cave Temple
The Dambulla Cave Temple is a UNESCO World Heritage site in Sri Lanka consisting of five sacred caves filled with over 150 Buddha statues and ancient murals, some dating back over 2,000 years. Carved into a rock face over 160 meters high, it is the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka and offers panoramic views of the surrounding plains. It is an important religious and artistic site, with art added by subsequent kings over centuries.
