At 8:00am, our guide and driver will meet you at your Chengdu hotel lobby and transfer to Chengdu Panda base, need 30 minutes driving, 15km. Note: You should check out at this morning and bring all your luggage to the car since after the panda tour, you will head to the Jinli street or Renming park and you don't back to the hotel.

Chengdu's Giant Panda Breeding Research Base is home to over 80 of China's iconic pandas. Most are of the familiar black and white variety, but the Base is also home to a number of the smaller, lesser-known red pandas. You'll view the animals eating and at play in a carefully maintained habitat that is as close to their natural environment as possible. You'll also learn how scientists and ecologists are working to protect the few remaining wild pandas and expand the captive population. On that last note, over 100 bears have been born at the Base since 1987. The Base became even more important after the Sichuan earthquake of 2008, with eight bears sent here from the badly damaged Wolong reserve. Your visit provides both moral and financial support for the ongoing conservation effort.

Next, go to the Chengdu Kuanzhai alley for shopping or lunch and of ocurse, you can go somewhere else , like the Jinli old street or Renmin park, you can discuss with our guide and the flight will be depart around 17:00pm this afternoon. The Kuanzhai Alley,an unique commercial street with rows of ancient buildings; perfect site to do shopping and enjoy meals or coffee. The feature of the Zhai Alley in Chengdu is the leisure lifestyle. After the renovation in 2008, Zhai Alley has became a district to present the gardening culture of Chengdu. The gardening culture here shows a traditional and graceful culture of Chengdu, that is a family has a garden, a garden surrounds a house, a house contains a courtyard, a courtyard plans trees, trees are under the sky, the sky has the moon… In Zhai Alley, western restaurants, take-away inn, café, art and leisure workshop are the major factors.

After the lunch, you will be escorted to Chengdu Shuangliu International airport for the onward flight to Jiuzhaigou Huanglong Airport (Jiuhuang Airport), which takes about 50 minutes. Note: The tour guide will be the same person from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou and our guide will flight with you as well.

Upon arrival in Jiuzhaigou Jiuhuang airport, our guide will find the our local driver there and transfer to Jiuzhaigou town, need 2.5hrs driving, 130km.

When you reach the hotel in Jiuzhaigou, the tour guide will help you check in. You could either have a free walk around or have a good rest at the hotel.
