Je m'appelle Katia, mon oncle Fulvio et moi organisons le cours de cuisine toscane dans notre ferme familiale. Nous sommes à 4 km de la fantastique ville de San Gimignano et nous vous apprenons à préparer un vrai repas toscan, mais surtout, nous vous apprenons à connaître le goût de la nourriture. Votre repas sera une fête et un moment fantastique à passer dans une vraie famille toscane. Nous préparerons beaucoup d'antipasti typiques de la Toscane, puis nous préparerons des primi piatti, et nous préparerons un type de pâtes faites à la main, deux sauces différentes pour les pâtes, puis un deuxième plat avec de la viande.

Our tours are a mix of high-quality gastronomy as a way of showing San Gimignano culture and lifestyle and a walking experience together with a local friend. Have a full meal in at least 4 stops: you will get the chance to try some of the most iconic San Gimignano dishes, such as wild boar cured meats, local pici with tomato sauce and pecorino, schiacciata with cured meats, and of course, Vernaccia wine!
