Nous nous retrouvons le matin sur l'un des plus anciens marchés de Palerme, achetons les produits nécessaires pour le cours, puis nous nous rendons dans la cuisine climatisée de l'école où nous préparons un repas sicilien de 4 plats, apprenant les techniques et astuces nécessaires pour le recréer à votre retour. Après le cours, nous nous asseyons ensemble pour savourer nos créations autour d'une sélection de vins siciliens, agrémentés de liqueurs maison et d'un café. Nous sommes convaincus que la véritable expression de la cuisine sicilienne réside dans la qualité de ses produits frais de saison. C'est pourquoi nous nous efforçons de toujours vous offrir le meilleur de la Sicile afin de le partager avec nos clients.
