La visite du domaine viticole est une expérience sensorielle et l'occasion de découvrir les précieux cépages utilisés pour produire les vins exceptionnels de la Vallée d'Itria. Vous découvrirez la Masseria et les Trulli du XVIe siècle, ainsi que le domaine viticole ultramoderne où vous comprendrez le processus, de la récolte à la production, en passant par la mise en bouteille et l'expédition. Une dégustation de quatre vins différents sera proposée, accompagnée de savoureux amuse-gueules. Une brève visite de Locorotondo, la « ville ronde médiévale », suivie d'un savoureux déjeuner léger composé de produits typiques de la ferme et de vin local « Locorotondo DOC ». Ensuite, direction Alberobello. Classé au patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco depuis 1996, le centre historique est composé de deux régions distinctes. Nous visiterons un ancien trullo et rencontrerons un authentique maître trullo local qui vous expliquera les techniques de construction des trulli. À la fin de la visite, une dégustation de « rosoli » typiques peut être dégustée sur une magnifique terrasse panoramique parmi les cônes et les pinacles des Trulli environnants.
