Votre guide vous accueillera et vous expliquera le programme de la journée. 14h : départ. Cette demi-journée commence par la visite d'un domaine viticole certifié bio de Pessac-Léognan. Vous découvrirez l'élaboration des vins de cette région, visiterez le cuvier et le chai à barriques, avant de déguster les vins du domaine (rouges et blancs, 2 minimum). Nous traverserons ensuite la Garonne pour découvrir une autre partie du vignoble bordelais : l'Entre-deux-Mers. Surnommée la « Petite Toscane », cette région vallonnée produit une grande variété de vins. Cheese, wine and baguettes are the "holy trinity" in France. Start your tour with a visit to one of the most unique boulangeries in the world. Using an oven built in 1765 under King Louis XV, you'll sample a number of local and regional specialties while learning about traditional French bread-making. Afterwards, you'll do a deep dive into the immense world of French cheese. Did you know there are seasons for cheese? Or why brie tastes better in France? We'll discuss the impact of aging, different animal milks, when to eat the rind and offer our professional guidance on how to select cheese on your own. For red wine lovers! The Médoc is one of the best-known parts of the Bordeaux wine region. After driving around for 30 minutes, we'll start with a visit to the first estate to be classified as a Cru Bourgeois. Then we'll head for the village of Margaux, where you'll visit a second estate classified as a Grand Cru 1855. After a tour of the technical facilities, you will taste 3 wines from this Médoc Grand Cru Classé. An unforgettable experience to discover the richness of Médoc wines. 9:25 am (or 2:25 pm): meet in front of the Cité du Vin (Wine Museum). Your guide will welcome you and explain the day's programme. 9:30 am (or 2:30 pm): departure. We begin with a visit to the winery to be classified as a Cru Bourgeois.
