Are you ready to turn your hobbies into a business?
Depending on the period of the growing season, we will work together in the vineyard, from dry or green pruning, defoliation or topping. Then we will proceed to the tasting of 3 wines produced in Venice. We will talk especially about Dorona, an ancient native grape variety of Venice that is grown only in the islands of the lagoon in limited quantities. The particularity of the wines is given by a unique terroir, where the roots of the vine meet with a salty soil, giving life to a wine with iodized and brackish sensations.
